• Have to ensure the value creation in the user side engagement.
• Candidate ready to lead, manage, develop, and engage the team members.
• Ready to manage engagement and profitability by managing various tasks.
• To identify and manage the key program of program partners/stakeholders' interests for smooth implementation and integration of the program and achievements.
• Continuous engagement with the client side and better understanding of the business engagements.
• Eager to identify and relieve risks and issues including escalations for delivery of the program/project.
